Participants will be evaluated through written assessments and practical exercises. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion from the SHE Organisation carrying the esteemed seal of approval from the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) recognizing their achievement in HSE for leaders.

This course runs for 4 days and will be delivered through a combination of interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, practical exercises, and Q&A sessions. Participants can choose to attend the course in person at our training centers or opt for online learning for added flexibility.
